RLFG Outdoors Xile Sports

Rugby League Federation Ghana (RLFG) headed by president Nana Prempeh has announced a one-year deal with Xile Sports Limited which will see the sports apparel company named as the federation’s official sportswear partner.
The partnership will provide officials and referees on field with high-quality apparel designed by Xile Sports Limited.
Fans will not be left out as Xile Sports will also be designing off-field wear for them to show their support to the clubs they love and the Federation via xilesport.com.
Rugby League is set to look a whole lot better with the signing of this partnership as the RLFG continues to look for ways to make the league more appealing to the general public.
In an interaction with Xile Sport Director, Conor Kelly he said “We felt the work that is being carried out in Ghana to develop rugby league was great for the sport and really enjoyed the online work they were doing to promote the game and it was something we wanted to support. To the Ghanaian rugby league fans, expect a jersey you will be proud to wear designed and produced to a high quality”.


RLFG marketing manager, Daniel Oko Djanie mused “This partnership will position the RLFG as credible, reliable and give it more exposure. It ascertains the fact that, RLFG is growing and will soon become a tool for national development with regards to sports in Ghana. We intend to make available all merchandise to the entire world for purchase to demonstrate love for the game. The RLFG brand will be repositioned to entice the general public to get interested and participate. We also intend to make it very attractive for commercial partners to jump on board and benefit thereafter”.
The RLFG has also decided to give away free customized RLFG nose mask for every jersey bought till the end of December and with each purchase made, 10% would be used as support to the federation.

Xile sports is a sports wear brand which specializes rugby apparel and ensures that all teams can have a jersey which is of the best quality. Formed in 2019, the company was set up to support teams to grow their brand through their sportswear.
The RLFG has been on the rise since resurfacing in 2018 under the leadership of President of Nana Prempeh organizing a number of notable competitions in the country and finishing 3rd at the Middle East-Africa (MEA) Championships in Nigeria.
